Never had an issue making a claim

We have so far made 2 claims with cover more. As long as you read and understand the PDS you will know how to claim and what is covered. We submitted both claims with all the required proof and documentation and they paid them less our excess within a few weeks. One claim was for luggage that was damaged and the retail shop we deal with did the claim report and quote for us, we also had the airline report. In 5 days we had our new luggage. I think many forget to tell them about pre-existing conditions and when there is a claim it’s an issue. Sometimes you have to pay a little extra for some pre-existing g condition and sometimes not.
