Major disappointment
Family holiday to Fiji in 2010. As we arrive at at our island and resort, we discover that two of our three bags have not been loaded onto the boat. A call to the marina confirms that they were stolen in transit. Spent 6 months going backwards and forwards with Cover More who wanted receipts for everything including the bags; photos would not do. Eventually agreed to pay out, though not the replacement costs of everything... just the value at the time. $10 does not replace a $110 Polo. Very disappointed. Gave impression that all would be good in the event of something happening. The opposite was true. Every effort to mitigate and minimise claim.
