Great customer service.
My husband was admitted to the hospital with an emergency in Thailand. It was a challenging situation. The doctors on night shift did not speak fluent English. It was confusing and frustrating. I was able to call Covermore and they talked me through everything. They even followed up and called me to ask if everything was okay later on.
