No hassles.
During my 2 weeks in Bali, my daughter got sick. She had Bali Belly on and off since the end of the 1st week and started to get worst. After a visit to the hospital in Kuta, the got some medication and felt better. When we got back to Australia, filled out the claims from and within days I got a confirmation that covermore had received my claim. They kept me updated throughout the claims process and I was really glad when they notified me that they have deposited the medical costs into my bank account. The process was simple and easy. No hassles.
