Great customer service.
While travelling to China recently, my luggage was stolen/lost. The customer service made a very bad day seemed all the more bearable. They called me back so I did not have to pay for the phone bill and gave me detailed instructions on what to do and documentations required. So much more helpful compared to the non-existant service from the airlines.
