Claiming process too long
I tried to make a claim, provided all the required documentation but they kept asking for more. They are supposed to give a reply within 5-7 days before my operation but is it now past that. I am not sure why is it taking them so long when I have already provided them details regarding my health conditions. I now have sought the help of the Financial Ombudsman Services and they said that I should be entitled for my claims.
