The worst. And don't provide any benefits to loyal customers
I've been a loyal customer of HCF for 6 years and don't normally need to make any claims. The one time I needed to make a claim for optical glasses the business was unable to process due to the card being expired. Apparently it's a common thing with HCF even though they don't issue a new card, there is no expiry date on the card and there is no notification about this. HCF were so unhelpful on the phone and I had to pay out of pocket. So basically don't expect anything from these guys except to take your money and run
