Don't trust or rely on your "advice" incompetent and misleading
I have had spoken to multiple staffs on their hotline to resolve a simple enquiry. I ended up with an answer and acted on the advice I was given. And when I end up claiming on the spot, it turned out he gave me incorrect and misleading advice. Why should I pay for a premium and deserve your underdelivery service.
More importantly, why should I pay for your error which you gave the wrong advice when I counted on that
go for anything but hcf. they can't be trusted. been a member since 2010 I am definitely not staying with the ridiculous underdelivering company
